Refund Policy

At SkySleeper, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your SkySleeper product, you may request a return within this period.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind, you’re welcome to return your item within 30 days, provided it meets the conditions above.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


Exchanges

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’re happy to offer an exchange or replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at hello@skysleeper.com as soon as possible. We’ll make it right in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns if the product:

  • Has been worn or used

  • Shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Is not returned in its original packaging


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email hello@skysleeper.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is faulty or damaged)
