Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders:
Australia
- Standard shipping: $10 AUD flat rate
- Express shipping: $15 AUD flat rate
- Free shipping on orders over $150 AUD
International
- Standard international shipping: $20 AUD flat rate
- NZ Standard international shipping: $15 AUD flat rate
- Free international shipping on orders over $150 AUD
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier services.
Australia

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery.
Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. SkySleeper cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
